Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Test Manager to oversee end-to-end test coordination across multiple application teams. This role involves tracking and reporting on test progress, managing test execution, and ensuring proper test data setup. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and test engineering, preferably within the financial industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end testing across multiple application teams, track status and provide reports.
  • Create test data, write test cases, execute functional, automated, performance and regression tests, and lead defect resolution.
  • Develop automation scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Cucumber and Playwright.
  • Perform functional, system integration, GUI, web service and browser compatibility testing.
  • Apply Agile practices including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and test-driven development.
  • Utilize CI/CD/CT tools such as Jenkins, Rally/JIRA, Git/SVN and service virtualization.
  • Follow QA standards and best practices and stay current with new testing tools and strategies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, computer engineering, or other technical discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of quality and test engineering experience in the financial industry (credit card domain a plus).

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year

Location: Sunrise, FL
