Job Description: ServiceNow Architect
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect with 12+ years of experience to join our team. This is a remote position based out of Roseland, NJ.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance on ServiceNow best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Develop and maintain integrations with other systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Mentor and guide junior team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and industry trends.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow architecture and development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Experience with scripting, workflow automation, and reporting within ServiceNow.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
