Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead Hyperion Developer responsible for the ongoing support, enhancement, and upgrade of Hyperion EPM applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Hyperion tools, financial systems, and enterprise performance management solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Hyperion applications
- Lead and execute EPM on-premise upgrades and enhancements
- Develop and maintain:
- Planning forms
- Business rules
- Task lists
- Calculation scripts
- Financial reports
- Collaborate with finance, planning, and analytics teams to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Design and implement scalable Hyperion-based solutions
- Perform Hyperion system administration and security configuration
- Ensure efficient data integration using SQL/PLSQL and SSIS
- Deliver reporting solutions aligned with business planning cycles
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with Hyperion tools:
- Hyperion Planning
- Essbase
- Financial Reporting
- EPMA
- EAS
- DRM
- Smart View
- Strong experience in Hyperion Administration
- Proven experience in Hyperion system upgrades
- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and SSIS
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the financial services industry
- Experience with EPM on-premise upgrades
- Knowledge of:
- SAS (Analytics)
- Enterprise Guide
- Office Analytics
- CPM tools
Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
