Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large, complex, mid- to long-term initiatives. This role is responsible for driving project outcomes related to cost, methodology, and overall success, while aligning with broader organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of one or more large-scale projects, ensuring delivery against defined goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Develop business plans, objectives, and strategic initiatives that support organizational priorities.
  • Provide input into company policies and objectives, ensuring successful implementation and measurable results.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, offering guidance on critical business and project-related matters.
  • Manage and execute HR-focused projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to establish both tactical and strategic priorities.
  • Drive change management initiatives, including the development of communication strategies and materials to effectively engage stakeholders and employees.
  • Establish and track key performance metrics, including benefits realization and satisfaction surveys, to measure project ROI and value.
  • Implement project reporting tools, dashboards, and methodologies to provide clear visibility into project health and progress.
  • Partner with external vendors to ensure contract compliance, performance expectations, and project timelines are met.

Required Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of progressive project management experience.
  • Proven experience leading traditional (Waterfall) projects, with the ability to incorporate Agile/Scrum practices in a hybrid delivery environment.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, change control, and formal approval processes.
  • Experience managing projects involving procurement, vendor contracts, and third-party delivery.
  • Ability to effectively integrate Agile methodologies within broader project frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent experience.

Visa Constraints: No H1B/CPT. Interview Mode: Video Interview. Screening: PMP active certification Must. Location Constraint: Only Locals or nearby. Employment Type: Hybrid 2 days/week, 6-month contract.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $60 – $85 per year

Location: Rosemead, CA
