Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Tech Lead to design and implement advanced AI capabilities for a Contact Center platform within a Healthcare Payer enterprise. This role involves close collaboration with Cloud and Machine Learning engineers, as well as the CRM development team, to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of AI, a strong background in data science, and a proven track record in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop AI applications and infrastructure tailored for the Contact Center platform.
  • Collaborate with Cloud and Machine Learning engineers and the development team to ensure seamless integration of AI technologies.
  • Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies, with a focus on Google GCP or Azure AI for Contact Center solutions.
  • Create, maintain, and optimize AI models and algorithms.
  • Conduct AI research to enhance existing systems and pioneer new technologies.
  • Identify strategic opportunities for AI solutions within the organization and propose actionable plans.
  • Train team members and stakeholders on AI concepts and their practical applications.
  • Ensure all AI applications comply with relevant data privacy regulations.
  • Monitor the performance of AI systems and implement necessary adjustments for optimal functionality.

Mandatory Experience

  • Extensive experience with Google CCAI (Google Contact Center AI).
  • Strong domain expertise in Contact Center operations.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing AI solutions in a enterprise environment.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies, machine learning, and data science principles.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Azure.

About the Role

This is a hybrid contract position, with local candidates highly preferred due to onsite expectations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Contact Center AI capabilities, driving innovation and efficiency. The role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of leading technical initiatives and influencing stakeholders across the organization.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Hartford, Minneapolis, CT, MN
