About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant to join our team. This role requires hands-on expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with a strong focus on CRM Analytics and LWC development. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud, including roles, permissions, and sharing settings.
  • Develop and manage CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) dashboards, datasets, recipes, and lenses.
  • Work with Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Cases, Knowledge, and Omni-Channel functionalities.
  • Develop using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, validation rules, and implement data modeling.
  • Utilize workflows and process automation to enhance Salesforce functionality.
  • Collaborate with development teams on Apex, APIs, and integrations.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployments, and production environments.
  • Ensure adherence to security, governance, and access control best practices.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Hands-on expertise in Experience Cloud configuration (roles, permissions, sharing settings).
  • Proficiency in CRM Analytics (Einstein Analytics) dashboards, datasets, recipes, lenses.
  • Experience with Leads, Opportunities, Accounts, Cases, Knowledge, and Omni-Channel.
  • Skilled in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, validation rules, and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of workflows, process automation, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience collaborating with development teams (Apex, APIs, integrations).
  • Strong background in UAT, deployments, and production support.
  • Understanding of security, governance, and access control best practices.

Additional Information:

  • Pay Rate: $65/hr – $70/hr (C2C).
