- Design and build autonomous AI agents using LLMs

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of autonomous AI agents, utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to drive innovation.
- Develop and integrate AI-powered tools that enhance the developer experience and productivity.
- Create sophisticated agents capable of automating coding, testing, and DevSecOps processes.
- Seamlessly integrate leading AI models such as Copilot, Claude, and Codex into existing developer workflows.
- Provide expert coaching and guidance to engineering teams on the effective utilization of AI tools like Copilot, Claude, and Codex.
- Architect and develop AI-enabled SDLC playbooks, establishing clear best practices, efficient workflows, and robust guardrails for AI adoption.
- Deliver comprehensive training programs to teams on AI-assisted development methodologies.
- Engage in hands-on agent building and development to foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in designing and building AI agents, particularly using LLMs.
- Strong understanding of AI-powered developer tools and their integration.
- Experience with automation in coding, testing, and DevSecOps.
- Familiarity with integrating AI models like Copilot, Claude, and Codex.
- Excellent coaching and training skills for technical teams.
- Experience in developing SDLC playbooks and defining AI best practices.
- Hands-on experience in agent development.

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
