Job Title: React Lead (React & Python)

Job Description:
- Looking for candidates with extensive experience in React JS, Redux, and D3 combination.
- Requires over 8 years of overall experience with React and D3.
- Must have strong expertise in React with Redux and D3.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and writing cross-browser compatible code.
- Good understanding of AJAX and JavaScript DOM manipulation techniques.

Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development team in building high-quality, scalable web applications using React, Redux, and D3.
- Architect and implement robust front-end solutions that meet business requirements and user needs.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with back-end developers and designers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to the team.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
- Strong proficiency in React JS, Redux, and D3.js.
- Expertise in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.
- Solid understanding of AJAX and JavaScript DOM manipulation.
- Experience with cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with Python is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
