Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled CRM Integration Specialist to join our client’s team. This role is crucial for the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of a Zoho-based CRM solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development and extensive experience with CRM integrations and APIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement CRM integrations, with a focus on the Zoho product suite.
- Work collaboratively across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), from conception to deployment.
- Perform coding, rigorous testing, comprehensive documentation, and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and performance.
- Provide ongoing user support and system maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience with the Zoho product suite, particularly Zoho CRM.
- Strong development experience in Java.
- Demonstrated experience with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
- Ability to manage and execute end-to-end development tasks independently.
- Must be a current Wisconsin resident.

This is a hybrid role requiring the candidate to be within Wisconsin. Employment type is W2.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)
