Role Overview

Global IT Family LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Financials modules, particularly TCA, Oracle Payables (OAP), Cash Management (CM), and Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). This role is based in Princeton, NJ, with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. We are looking for local candidates only. The ideal candidate will play a key role in functional analysis, configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle EBS Financial systems, ensuring alignment with business processes and accounting standards.

Domain Expertise (Mandatory)

  • Finance & Accounting Domain
  • ERP Financial Systems (Oracle EBS)
  • Strong understanding of: Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash & Banking Operations.
  • Knowledge of US GAAP / International Accounting Standards.
  • Experience in Financial Reporting, Month-End Close, and Journal Processing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Functional Analysis & Configuration: Analyze, design, and configure Oracle EBS modules: Trading Community Architecture (TCA), Oracle Payables (OAP), Cash Management (CM), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). Translate business requirements into functional solutions and configure system workflows aligned with financial processes.
  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Gather and document business requirements across finance functions. Create detailed process flows, BRDs, and functional specifications. Document system designs and configurations.
  • Testing & Implementation: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and UAT support. Support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure data accuracy and process compliance during deployments.
  • Financial Process Support: Support key processes including vendor management (TCA), payables & banking operations, accounting & reporting (FAH), and month-end close & journal adjustments.
  • Collaboration & Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional and distributed teams. Provide functional guidance and training to stakeholders. Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

  • Technical & Functional Skills: Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (R12). Strong expertise in TCA (Trading Community Architecture), Oracle Payables (OAP), Cash Management (CM), Financial Accounting Hub (FAH). Good understanding of GL, AP, AR modules. Experience across SDLC (end-to-end project lifecycle). Strong testing and validation experience.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in global/distributed teams. Self-driven with an ownership mindset.

Special Requirements

Hybrid (Minimum 3 days onsite per week). Need Local Candidate only. Experience with US GAAP / International Accounting Standards.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Princeton, NJ
