Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Support Consultant with expertise in Oracle Taleo TEE to join our team in Seattle, WA. This is a contract position focused on providing day-to-day support, managing integrations, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Oracle Taleo TEE system.
Responsibilities:
- Lead day-to-day support activities, including incident, service request, problem, and change management for Oracle Taleo TEE.
- Troubleshoot Recruiting and Onboarding workflows, agents, integrations, and user access issues.
- Administer Taleo configuration changes, including Career section updates, eOffer configuration, correspondence templates, user permissions, and Organization, Location, and Field (OLF) structures.
- Own and manage integrations with systems such as HRMS/HCM, Background check providers, Assessment vendors, Job boards, and Single Sign-On (SSO).
- Collaborate with middleware and technical teams to support integration stability and enhancements.
- Manage quarterly updates and patches, including regression testing, release notes analysis, and impact assessment.
- Ensure adherence to compliance, audit readiness, and data privacy requirements.
- Maintain and enforce role-based security across Taleo modules.
- Develop and maintain knowledge articles and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring SLAs, producing service and performance dashboards, and identifying operational improvement opportunities.
- Mentor and support L1 and L2 support analysts, providing guidance and escalation support.
- Act as the primary liaison with HR Talent Acquisition teams, IT Security, and Oracle support.
- Facilitate effective communication across functional and technical stakeholders to ensure service continuity and alignment.
Skills:
- Oracle EBS HCM R12
- Strong understanding of Oracle Taleo TEE functionalities.
- Experience with HRMS/HCM integrations.
- Knowledge of background check providers, assessment vendors, and job boards.
- Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation.
- Experience with regression testing and release management.
- Understanding of compliance, audit readiness, and data privacy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
