Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead strategy, definition, and delivery of high-impact products that drive measurable business and customer value. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams and leadership to define and communicate a clear product strategy. The ideal candidate will support the transformation of OAI Product Management from a waterfall approach to a more agile methodology.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy, definition, and delivery of high-impact products that drive measurable business and customer value.
- Partner effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Define and communicate a clear product strategy to leadership.
- Support the transformation of OAI Product Management from waterfall methodologies.
- Define product structure at L1-L3 levels.
- Develop and lead intake and change delivery workflow processes.
- Lead Strategic Program Management initiatives.
- Ensure products meet customer needs and business objectives.
Experience Required:
- Minimum 11+ Years of experience in Product Management or related fields.
Interview Process:
- 1 Technical screening with a panel.
- 1 Webex interview.
- 1 Final interview requiring an in-person meeting.
Location:
- Denver, CO (Onsite – Local or Nearby candidates preferred)
