Job Description:

We are seeking a talented AI/ML Engineer with strong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Document AI to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and classical ML/deep learning models. You will be responsible for deploying ML solutions on AWS, working with large-scale datasets, and contributing to the development of AI-driven solutions. Experience in Claims, Healthcare, Insurance, or Revenue Cycle domains is preferred.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and deploy machine learning models, including NLP and Document AI solutions.
    • Utilize Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow for model development.
    • Implement classical ML and deep learning models.
    • Perform feature engineering for structured and unstructured data.
    • Deploy ML solutions on AWS using SageMaker (training, endpoints, monitoring), Textract, Comprehend, and Bedrock.
    • Work with United AI Studio (UAIS) pipelines, guardrails, and governance workflows.
    • Analyze and work with large-scale claims or healthcare datasets.
    • Develop and maintain SQL queries for data analysis.
    • Understand and work with APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Skills:
    • Strong experience in Machine Learning, NLP, and Document AI.
    • Hands-on expertise with Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow.
    • Experience with classical ML and deep learning models.
    • Experience with feature engineering for structured + unstructured data.
    • Experience with open source and AWS OCR (Textract), document classification, entity extraction, and text summarization.
    • Proven experience deploying ML solutions on AWS (SageMaker, Textract, Comprehend, Bedrock).
    • Familiarity with United AI Studio (UAIS) pipelines, guardrails, and governance workflows (or strong ability to ramp up quickly).
    • Experience working with large-scale claims or healthcare datasets.
    • Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
    • Understanding of APIs, microservices, and event-driven architectures.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Prior experience in Claims, Healthcare, Insurance, or Revenue Cycle domains.
    • Experience building TAT prediction, workflow optimization, or risk scoring models.
    • Knowledge of Agentic AI, RAG architectures, and SOP-driven AI solutions.
    • Exposure to Responsible AI, model explainability, and regulatory compliance.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
