Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant to join our client’s team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion Payroll, Benefits, and HR, with a proven ability to work with business stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into effective solutions. This role involves spearheading HCM cloud transformation initiatives, advising on best practices, and driving innovation in HR processes.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Work closely with main HR business stakeholders to understand HCM business requirements and collaborate with the client’s Information Technology team.
- Leverage strong HR Domain expertise to spearhead comprehensive HCM cloud transformation initiatives from inception to deployment.
- Partner with CXO community to understand strategic requirements for digital transformation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to capture business requirements and ensure strategic alignment.
- Provide expert advice on HCM cloud functionalities, configuration options, and industry best practices.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in HR processes through modern design thinking and emerging technologies.
- Lead large-scale, multi-country HCM cloud transformations involving complex organizational structures and multiple module implementations.
- Design and optimize HR IT landscapes, including vendor selection, cloud readiness assessments, and operational support models.
- Deliver Target Operating Models (TOM) and experience-centric HR process designs, integrating AI accelerators and strategic use cases.
- Assist in configuring the application for various Cloud HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC, OTL, etc.
- Advise on workforce transformation strategies, including talent marketplace solutions and skill-based organizational models, promoting learning agility.
- Possess a complete understanding of the SDLC, from requirement analysis, development, testing, production go-live, and support.
- Lead complex transformation projects to deliver efficient project outputs.
- Perform requirement analysis and prepare viable HCM solution design documents as per client requirements.
- Develop HCM cloud solution designs and present them to the business with a clear value proposition and analysis.
- Collaborate closely with team members to understand requirements and provide desired implementation support.
- Assist HR stakeholders in understanding product behaviors and provide solutioning and workarounds.
- Work closely with the Client team to arrive at the most optimum solution and provide implementation advice.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Techno Functional Consultant.
- Extensive experience with Oracle Fusion Payroll, Benefits, and HR modules.
- Strong HR Domain expertise.
- Experience in leading large-scale HCM cloud transformations.
- Proficiency in SDLC and project management methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)
