Job Title: Salesforce Architect with OmniStudio

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with strong expertise in OmniStudio (Vlocity) to design and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will lead architecture design, guide development teams, and ensure best practices across Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design.
  • Design and implement solutions using OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, FlexCards).
  • Define system architecture, data models, and integration strategies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governance.
  • Optimize performance and scalability of Salesforce applications.
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems via APIs, middleware, and ETL tools.
  • Conduct architecture reviews and ensure solution alignment with enterprise standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture.
  • Strong hands-on experience with OmniStudio (Vlocity) tools:
    • OmniScripts
    • DataRaptors
    • Integration Procedures
    • FlexCards
  • Expertise in Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, SOQL, Flows).
  • Experience in Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) implementations.
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware).
  • Knowledge of data modeling and system design.
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce certifications such as:
    • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) (preferred)
    • Application/System Architect
    • OmniStudio Consultant Certification
  • Experience in industries like Telecom, Insurance, or Healthcare.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Salary: $100 – $150 per year (Estimated)
