Role: Oracle EBS HCM R12

This role focuses on providing application support and operations for Oracle Taleo TEE. The primary responsibilities include leading day-to-day support activities, managing incidents, service requests, problems, and changes. The successful candidate will troubleshoot Recruiting and Onboarding workflows, agents, integrations, and user access issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day support activities for Oracle Taleo TEE, including incident, service request, problem, and change management.
  • Troubleshoot Recruiting and Onboarding workflows, agents, integrations, and user access issues.
  • Administer Taleo configuration changes, including:
    • Career section updates
    • eOffer configuration
    • Correspondence templates
    • User permissions
    • Organization, Location, and Field (OLF) structures
  • Own and manage integrations with various systems such as:
    • HRMS / HCM
    • Background check providers
    • Assessment vendors
    • Job boards
    • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Collaborate with middleware and technical teams to support integration stability and enhancements.
