Job Description:
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP AFS Consultant with strong expertise in SD/OTC processes, ideally with 15+ years of overall SAP experience. This is a hands-on functional consulting role where the candidate should have deep knowledge of Apparel & Footwear (AFS) or S/4HANA Fashion solutions, including order-to-cash workflows, pricing, allocations, and supply chain integration. The client prefers someone who has worked on S/4 Fashion implementations or transformations and can operate in a client-facing, onsite environment from Day 1 in Dallas, TX. Although H1B candidates are considered, only local profiles are preferred, so proximity and immediate availability will be key factors in selection.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert-level consulting on SAP AFS and SD/OTC modules.
- Lead and participate in SAP implementations and transformations, particularly S/4HANA Fashion.
- Manage order-to-cash workflows, pricing strategies, and supply chain integrations.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between different SAP modules and business units.
- Act as a client-facing consultant, providing guidance and support.
Required Skills:
- 15+ years of overall SAP experience.
- Strong expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and OTC (Order to Cash) processes.
- Deep knowledge of Apparel & Footwear (AFS) or S/4HANA Fashion solutions.
- Experience with S/4HANA Fashion implementations or transformations.
- Proven ability to work in a client-facing, onsite environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with other SAP modules relevant to the fashion industry.
- Knowledge of related supply chain management processes.
- Experience working with H1B candidates (though local profiles are preferred).
Special Requirements
H1B considered, local profiles preferred. Onsite from Day 1.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year
