Job Description:

We are seeking experienced SAP IS-U professionals for multiple roles, focusing on billing and invoicing within the utility industry. This is a remote, long-term contract opportunity (12 months initially).

  • ISU Billing Consultant: Hands-on experience in SAP IS-U Billing & Invoicing, with deep functional expertise across the meter-to-cash lifecycle in the utility industry (Electricity & Gas). Expert in configuring and customizing billing master data, including billing schemas, rate modeling, complex billing, and regulated/de-regulated tariff models. Strong knowledge of the end-to-end billing and invoicing process, including budget billing, RTP billing, TOU billing, mass batch jobs, exception management, bill simulation, unbilled revenue scenarios, and collective billing.
  • ISU DM (Device Management): Experience with SAP ISU Bill Print, including Print Workbench configuration and integration with Smart Forms and Adobe Forms. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including integration with Device Management.
  • ISU FICA (Financial Accounting): Experience with SAP IS-U FICA module for financial accounting aspects of billing and payments.
  • ISUMDM (Meter Data Management): Experience with SAP IS-U Meter Data Management processes.
  • ISU ABAP: Strong ABAP development skills with experience in SAP IS-U specific enhancements, reports, and interfaces. Ability to analyze, debug, and troubleshoot ABAP code related to IS-U modules.

General Requirements for all roles:

  • Extensive functional and solution experience with the ability to facilitate, design, and develop complex solutions aligned with digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong client-facing skills, ability to serve as a functional liaison between business and IT. Guide stakeholders on best practices.
  • Experience in SAP S/4 HANA utilities and Fiori; ability to analyze, debug and troubleshoot OData and web services used in integrations.
  • Candidates must have USC/GC/EAD status.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $60,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
