Job Summary:
We have an urgent need for a SIT Testing Lead/Manager. The ideal candidate will manage and direct team activities, develop and implement testing strategies, and provide crucial support for System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle Service or Field Service modules and experience with testing Oracle modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage/Direct Team on daily activities
- Understand, create, and implement Testing Strategy
- Work with PMO to provide status and mitigation plan to get to green
- Identify blockers for the team
- Work to resolve blockers for the team
- Provide SIT/UAT – Testing Dashboard for Sprint/ Total Project
- Work with business on questions related to User Story functionality and questions on the existing test scripts
- Understand, lead, and provide Defect Management
- Ability to categorize Defects from business during SIT and defects from the SIT team
- Ability to create/update Dashboards in Jira
- Under concept of Testing Automation and set expectation and what can be accomplished using Tosca tool. How to leverage with manual test scripts or take manual test scripts and automate.
- Understand strategy and details for testing integrations and data migration
- Understand tool Alteryx or similar tool to test data migrations.
- Understand User Stories in development while creating Test Scripts
- Ability to execute and create test scripts if required
Correction: OFS is for Oracle Field Service, NOT Financial Service.
Special Requirements
Remote position. Duration: 12 Months. Needs knowledge of Oracle Service or Field Service. Experience with testing Oracle modules. Familiarity with Tosca for automation and Alteryx for data migration is beneficial.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $55 – $75 per year (Estimated)
