Job Description:

We are looking for a Supply Chain BI / Analytics Lead (Insight Lead) to design business solutions using data and drive actionable insights. This role requires strong structured thinking, experience working with cross-functional teams, and hands-on expertise in data mining and exploratory analysis within supply chain functions.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong structured thinking to design business solutions using data.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams on business process solutions.
  • Hands-on expertise in data mining and exploratory analysis (Inventory Management, Shrinkage, Refurb/Manufacturing processes).
  • Proven ability to translate business questions into data-driven solutions.
  • 4-8 years of experience in BI, reporting, and analytics solution development.
  • Experience in Supply Chain functions (Planning, Order Management, Forecasting, Logistics, Retail, etc.) is preferred.
  • Strong expertise in Tableau, SAP BOBJ (or similar), SQL, Teradata, Snowflake.
  • Ability to handle ambiguous requirements and deliver actionable insights.

  • Sunnyvale, CA / Austin, TX

Compensation & Location

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
