Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Appian Developer to design, develop, and support business process applications using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions aligned with business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop Appian applications, including process models, user interfaces, records, and reports.
- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement integrations with external systems using Appian plug-ins, web services (SOAP/REST), and APIs.
- Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to Appian development best practices.
- Conduct unit testing and support system and integration testing activities.
- Provide production support, including troubleshooting and resolving application issues.
- Maintain documentation for design, configuration, and deployment processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong experience in Appian application development.
- Experience designing process models, interfaces, records, and reports.
- Hands-on experience with system integrations using APIs and web services (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization.
- Experience with testing methodologies, including unit and integration testing.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
