Job Overview:

We are seeking two experienced SAP Finance Consultants with strong hands-on experience in SAP ECC environments, specifically focused on cleaning up and remediating legacy financial data. This is a short-term, high-impact engagement supporting data integrity, financial accuracy, and system readiness for future initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and analyze legacy financial data within SAP ECC to identify inconsistencies, inaccuracies, and data quality issues.
  • Execute data cleanup, reconciliation, and correction activities across key FI modules (GL, AP, AR, FA).
  • Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to validate data corrections and ensure alignment with accounting standards.
  • Support data migration readiness efforts, including mapping, transformation, and validation (if applicable).
  • Develop and implement data governance best practices to prevent future data quality issues.
  • Perform root cause analysis on historical data issues and recommend remediation strategies.
  • Document processes, findings, and cleanup activities for audit and compliance purposes.
  • Partner with technical teams for data extraction, uploads, and mass corrections (LSMW, scripts, or other tools).

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on SAP ECC Finance (FI).
  • Proven experience in legacy data cleanup, data remediation, or data migration projects.
  • Deep functional knowledge of:
    • General Ledger (GL)
    • Accounts Payable (AP)
    • Accounts Receivable (AR)
    • Fixed Assets (FA)
  • Hands-on experience with data correction tools (e.g., LSMW, batch input, direct table updates where appropriate).
  • Strong understanding of financial data structures, controls, and reconciliation processes.
  • Ability to work onsite and collaborate directly with business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA migration prep (data readiness, cleansing, archiving).
  • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and controls.
  • Background in audit or compliance-related data correction initiatives.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.

Visa: USC and GC only. Interview Mode: Skype. LinkedIn required. Onsite Monday-Thursday.


Compensation & Location

Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)

Location: Oklahoma City, OK
