Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP EAM Consultant with strong expertise in SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Asset Operations & Maintenance solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-to-end business processes, configuration, and support within SAP EAM modules. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver enhancements, resolve issues, and support ongoing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze business requirements across SAP modules: Plant Maintenance (PM), Portfolio and Project Management (PPM), Flexible Real Estate (RE-FX), Project Systems (PS).
  • Configure and implement SAP PM and PPM solutions aligned with business needs.
  • Provide end-to-end support for SAP EAM-related issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Prepare Functional Design Specifications (FDS) for: Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms.
  • Perform and support: Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Support post-implementation activities including validation and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with technical (ABAP) teams to design and deliver enhancements.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for: Daily operations, Enhancements, Project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong expertise in SAP EAM (Enterprise Asset Management).
  • Deep knowledge of SAP Asset Operations and Maintenance processes.
  • Hands-on experience with: Technical Objects, Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance.
  • Experience with integration/interface processes in EAM.
  • Strong experience in SAP modules: SAP PM (Plant Maintenance), SAP PPM (Portfolio and Project Management), SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management), SAP PS (Project Systems).
  • Proven ability to handle end-to-end implementation and support.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $70 – $90 per year (Estimated)

Location: Rosemead, CA
