About the Role:
We are seeking an Infios Analyst to support, analyze, and optimize Infios-based supply chain and warehouse management solutions. This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth operations, system stability, and continuous process improvements across logistics and fulfillment functions.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience as a Business, Functional, or Technical Analyst in supply chain or WMS environments
- Hands-on experience with Infios platform development, configuration, or support (or similar WMS platforms)
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations including inbound, outbound, picking, packing, and shipping
- Knowledge of inventory management and order lifecycle processes
- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation
- Strong SQL and data analysis skills for troubleshooting and reporting
- Experience with system integrations, APIs, and batch processing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience supporting production environments and issue resolution
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with enterprise WMS platforms
- Understanding of logistics, distribution, and supply chain KPIs
- Experience working with global or onshore-offshore teams
- Exposure to cloud-based supply chain platforms
Responsibilities:
- Act as a functional and technical analyst for Infios supply chain and warehouse solutions
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and process gaps
- Configure and support Infios modules related to warehouse operations and logistics
- Provide production support including issue analysis, root cause investigation, and resolution
- Coordinate with development teams for enhancements, integrations, and bug fixes
- Support testing activities including unit testing, UAT, regression testing, and deployment validation
- Monitor system performance and ensure data accuracy and operational continuity
- Create and maintain documentation including SOPs, user guides, and functional specifications
- Support integrations with ERP, transportation, and other enterprise systems
- Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and release activities
- Work with business users to drive process improvements and automation
Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $62 per year
