- Technical Skills: Advanced SQL, batch processing, and data reconciliation.
- Managed Services: Proven experience in ITIL-based L3 environments.
- Vendor Management: Capability to manage escalations directly with PDI vendor support for core product defects.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
