Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager of Quality to lead our clinical quality measurement and reporting initiatives. This remote role requires a deep understanding of healthcare quality metrics, data analytics, and interoperability standards. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing quality programs, leading teams, and driving process improvements within a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee HEDIS programs and supplemental data collection initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with NCQA, CMS, and state Medicaid reporting requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for acquiring clinical data from various sources, including EMRs, labs, and HIEs.
  • Leverage knowledge of interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD, APIs) for efficient healthcare data exchange.
  • Lead and mentor a team responsible for clinical quality measurement and data acquisition.
  • Manage project timelines, program evaluation, and team facilitation.
  • Implement digital tools, automation, and data abstraction processes to improve data capture and reporting.
  • Collaborate with analytics, operations, and provider teams to enhance data quality and completeness.
  • Engage with stakeholders to navigate competing priorities and influence outcomes.

Required Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or related fields.

Preferred Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Required Experience:

  • 7 years of experience working with clinical quality measurement and reporting (e.g., HEDIS, eCQM) in a clinic, hospital, or Health Plan setting.
  • 5 years of experience in HEDIS administration and supplemental data collection strategies.
  • 5 years of progressive leadership experience.
  • 5 years of experience with project management, program evaluation, and team facilitation.
  • 3 years of knowledge of interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, CCD, and APIs for healthcare data exchange.

Compensation & Location
