Role Overview
We are seeking a highly capable Program Manager to lead a large-scale, Tier 0 application migration within the Citrix Virtual Apps and virtual desktop ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving a complex, high-visibility migration initiative that spans multiple workstreams, business units, and technical domains in a high-pressure environment.
The ideal candidate is a strong delivery-focused leader who can operate with limited day-to-day platform SME support, quickly absorb technical and business context, and serve as a trusted partner to both executive stakeholders and engineering teams. This individual will be accountable for orchestration, execution, and communication across the full lifecycle of the migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program management for a Tier 0 application migration, ensuring stability, risk mitigation, and continuity of critical business operations.
- Manage multiple concurrent workstreams across infrastructure, application delivery, security, vendor coordination, and business readiness.
- Own the integrated program plan, including milestones, dependencies, risk management, and issue resolution across a large, distributed stakeholder group.
Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year (Estimated)
