Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Workday Finance Lead for a remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workday Financials and possess a relevant certification.

Requirements:

  • Visa Status: USC / GC / EAD GC / H4 EAD
  • Experience Level: 8-10 years
  • Workday Financials: Extensive experience required.
  • Certification: Workday Financials certification is a must.

Additional Role (Harrisburg, PA – Hybrid):

We are also looking for a Technical Business Analyst for a hybrid role in Harrisburg, PA. This position requires local candidates who can attend onsite interviews.

Technical Business Analyst Requirements:

  • Experience: 9+ years
  • Visa Status: USC / GC / EAD GC / H4 EAD
  • Desired Skillset:
    • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst on projects of various size and subject matter within the government/public sector, ideally in at least 3, or more, of the Technical Areas noted.
    • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
    • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
    • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project) is a plus.
    • Additional beneficial skills include: Enterprise Business Solutions, specifically financial systems projects; ITIL / ITSM practices and methodologies.
  • Minimum Experience:
    • Technical Business Analyst position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst in a technology-driven environment.
    • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Figma).
    • Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft ADO Testing Module.

Compensation & Location

Salary: $130,000 – $190,000 per year (Estimated)
