Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with Project Management experience for a role located in Lansing, MI. This position requires the candidate to be local to Michigan.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria within Agile/Hybrid environments.
- Break down complex business requirements into smaller user stories for development teams, considering technical constraints, limitations, and dependencies.
- Work on projects involving vendor-owned, designed, and hosted solutions.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills.
Required Experience & Skills
- A bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as business administration, information technology, finance, or marketing (or a similar field).
- Strong experience working in Agile/Hybrid environments.
- Ability to translate business requirements into user stories with acceptance criteria.
- Experience working on projects involving vendor-owned, designed, and hosted solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
Preferred Experience & Skills
- 4+ years of Business Analyst or similar experience.
- 4+ years of Agile experience.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or similar tools for work item management and source control.
- Recent experience working in an Agile development environment (e.g., Scrum or Kanban).
- Experience with Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Experience with Oracle or SQL Servers.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $70,000 – $100,000 per year (Estimated)
