Role: IT Project Manager/Technical Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager or Technical Project Manager to join our team. This role is based in Reading, PA, with a hybrid work model. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in data and digital transformation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and execute project plans adapted to the client environment and scope.
- Mentor clients, work on projects independently, participate as a team member, or lead teams of less experienced consultants and/or clients to successful project delivery.
- Work across multiple industries and within various verticals and build client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months).
- Design and conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.
- Execute the plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.
- Proactively manage risk and influence others.
- Develop a change leadership strategy based on situational awareness of changes and the groups impacted.
- Identify potential risks and issues and anticipate points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7+ years of enterprise Project Management/Program Management experience supporting data related and/or digital transformation projects.
- 7+ years of experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to travel at least 25%.
This role requires candidates experienced with data and digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently, mentor clients, and lead teams to successful project delivery. We value the ability to quickly build client knowledge and credibility across various industries and verticals.
The project management approach will involve designing and conducting readiness assessments, evaluating results, and presenting findings clearly. Proactive risk management and influencing stakeholders are key aspects of this role. A strong change leadership strategy, based on understanding the impact of changes on different groups, will be essential. Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues, as well as anticipating and addressing points of resistance, will be critical for project success.
Candidates must possess a minimum of 7 years of enterprise Project Management or Program Management experience, with a specific focus on data-related and/or digital transformation initiatives. Experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies is required. The role also requires the ability to travel at least 25% of the time.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 per year (Estimated)
