Job Title:

Genesys Cloud CX Solution Architect

Location:

Cary, NC (Local Candidates Only)

Required Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in Genesys Cloud CX architecture and configuration.
  • Hands-on experience with IVR, ACD, SIP trunking, and call routing.
  • Experience with Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) and analytics.
  • Proficiency in APIs and Web Services (RESTful, JSON, OAuth).
  • Scripting experience using JavaScript, Python, or Power.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in Genesys Cloud.
  • Familiarity with CTI platforms (Genesys, Avaya Aura).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with AWS, Azure, or other cloud platforms.
  • Exposure to AI/ML integrations in contact center environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer experience (CX) strategies.
