Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in Salesforce development and customization. The ideal candidate will support the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and Lightning components
- Assist in building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura Components
- Perform configuration tasks including Flows, Validation Rules, Workflows, and Process Builder
- Write SOQL/SOSL queries for data operations and reporting
- Support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Debug, test, and deploy code changes following Salesforce best practices
- Collaborate with Salesforce Admins, Business Analysts, and senior developers
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
Required Skills
- 1-3 years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong knowledge of: Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Data Model (Objects, Relationships)
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Familiarity with Git or version control tools
- Strong communication skills in a client-facing environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (Highly Preferred)
- Experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud
- Exposure to integrations (REST APIs, middleware tools)
- Experience working with US-based clients/projects
- Experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado, Gearset, or Jenkins
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology
- Exposure to AppExchange tools

Compensation & Location
Salary: $50 – $70 per year (Estimated)
