Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle B2B Service Cloud Consultant to join our team for an onsite position in San Jose, CA. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud solutions. This role involves customer production support, incident tracking, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical production calls. You will also be responsible for integrations and extensions to PaaS, including workflow, reports, APIs, and error handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud modules including Customer Management, Lead/Opportunity Management, Service Request Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Define and manage custom objects, object functions, object workflows, and screen layouts.
- Develop and manage web services, registration, invocation, and response management.
- Create Fusion BI Publisher reports and data model definitions using standard and custom subject areas.
- Provide customer production support, including incident tracking, replication, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical production calls.
- Develop integrations and extensions to PaaS (Workflow, Reports, APIs, and Error Handling).
- Utilize Redwood UX with Visual Builder Studio.
- Experience with Digital Customer Service (DCS) is preferred.
- Knowledge of integrating B2B Service with Oracle Field Service is required.
- Possess strong programming skills and the ability to review complex code bases.
- Understand Cloud Architecture principles.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Data Migration processes.
- Experience in Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.
- Knowledge of other CX products like CX Sales Cloud and B2C Service (RightNow) is an advantage.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion B2B Service Cloud implementation.
- Strong understanding of Customer Management, Lead/Opportunity Management, Service Request Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Proficiency in defining and managing custom objects, workflows, and screen layouts.
- Experience with web services, registration, invocation, and response management.
- Expertise in Fusion BI Publisher reporting and data modeling.
- Strong programming skills and code review capabilities.
- Understanding of Cloud Architecture.
- Experience with Data Migration.
- Familiarity with Fusion CRM BI Dashboards and OTBI Analytics Cloud.
- Mandatory knowledge of Redwood UX using Visual Builder Studio.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Digital Customer Service (DCS).
- Knowledge of integrating B2B Service with Oracle Field Service.
- Familiarity with CX Sales Cloud and B2C Service (RightNow).

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
