Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Technical Architect to join our team. The Technical Architect will be responsible for designing, scaling, and governing complex ServiceNow implementations. This role requires a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its capabilities, bridging business needs with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Create scalable, secure, and sustainable solution architectures on the ServiceNow platform.
- Technical Governance: Define platform guardrails, instance strategies, and ensure the overall health and performance of the ServiceNow environment.
- Integration Expert: Design and oversee integrations with external enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- CMDB/CSDM Mastery: Demonstrate expert-level knowledge of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within ServiceNow.
- Strategic Advisory: Communicate technical strategies, roadmaps, and recommendations to executive stakeholders and project teams.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams.
- Solution Validation: Review and validate technical designs and solutions proposed by the team.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in a Technical Architect role, specifically with ServiceNow.
- Certifications: A ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification is required. Additionally, two ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are mandatory.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, capabilities, and best practices.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing complex ServiceNow solutions.
- Strong knowledge of CMDB and CSDM principles and their application in ServiceNow.
- Experience with enterprise integrations and various integration patterns.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with both technical teams and executive leadership.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices.
