Job Description
Our client is seeking a remote Lead Systems Analyst with a completed bachelor’s degree along with a healthcare insurance background and 8+ years of experience performing data mapping projects in HL7 FHIR.
Required Experience and Skills
- The objective of the Lead Systems Analyst role is to guide our client’s team of Systems Analysts with better ways of generating HL7 FHIR data specific reports including comprehensive data models and generating data exchange documents for the team to have a long-term success roadmap.
- Our client needs your help to convert older version 2 and version 3 in HL7 data maps into FHIR.
- The overall logic is how to perform ETL and move the medical insurance claims data from the older HL7 system into FHIR, and how to set standards with provided HIPAA-compliance information to internal technical teams at our client’s office.
Special Requirements

Compensation & Location
Salary: $65 – $85 per year (Estimated)
