Job Summary:
INCORPORAN INC is seeking a highly experienced Sr SalesForce Apex Technical Lead for a long-term project with their client in Virginia. This role requires a strong technical background in Salesforce development, including Apex, Lightning, and administration. The candidate will be responsible for leading technical aspects of Salesforce implementations and ensuring best practices are followed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions using Apex and Lightning.
- Develop, test, and deploy custom Apex code, triggers, and Visualforce pages.
- Configure and customize Salesforce platform features, including workflows, validation rules, and custom objects.
- Administer the Salesforce environment, including user management, data management, and security settings.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers.
- Ensure the quality and performance of Salesforce applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
- Expertise in Salesforce Apex programming.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning development.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Lightning framework and administration.
- Experience with Salesforce integration patterns and tools.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
