Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a skilled Technical Business Analyst with extensive experience in Microsoft CE CRM, SAP S4 HANA (modules BRIM, FICA, Convergent Mediation, and Analytics Cloud), and Data Migration (ETL). The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the planning, requirement gathering, and reengineering of business processes, focusing on financial posting, payments, refunds, and financial reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Business Analyst duties for the planning and requirement gathering phases of the project.
- Facilitate meetings with business leaders to elicit As-Is process flows, requirements, and other pertinent information required to reengineer business processes into UBOS, focusing mainly on the financial posting, payments, refunds, and financial reconciliations processes.
- Conduct reviews and comparisons of current business processes with best practices to determine where business process or system changes are necessary.
- Anticipate the direction of Client business areas and recommend new processes or opportunities that will support the UBOS objectives.
- Translate business requirements into detailed Service Blueprints, Business Process Flow diagrams, Agile Features, and User Stories.
- Support the development of technical specifications and solutions.
- Enter and track in Azure Development Operations (ADO) Blueprints, Process Flows, Features, User Stories, and related documentation.
- Visually model the information obtained during elicitation meetings.
- Conduct feasibility studies and analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Identify and define KPIs, including business rules, ownership, data sources, and optimal visualization.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
- Complete projects consistent with PTC and PMO guidelines.
- Develop and execute test Scenarios, Scripts, and plans to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Support training and provide support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Utilize various software and/or technology tools to perform job duties.
- Perform tasks and other duties as assigned by the PTC.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
- Strong experience with Microsoft CE CRM.
- Expertise in SAP S4 HANA, specifically modules BRIM, FICA, Convergent Mediation, and Analytics Cloud.
- Proficiency in Data Migration and ETL processes.
- Experience with Azure Development Operations (ADO).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience in visual modeling and process flow diagramming.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (Estimated)
