Job Title: Senior Crew Integration Developer
We are seeking Senior Crew Integration Developers to support Integration Hub initiatives. The role involves designing and developing new integration solutions between Crew management systems and enterprise data platforms. The initial mandate includes building integrations between Crew system APIs and the enterprise Data Lake, followed by additional integration projects across homegrown systems. This is a hands-on development role focused on new integration builds, not support, migration, or break-fix work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable integrations between Crew systems and Data Lake platforms.
- Build and deploy serverless applications in AWS.
- Develop event-driven architecture using AWS services.
- Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform.
- Build secure, resilient, and performant data integration pipelines.
- Collaborate with customer contacts to accelerate onboarding and delivery.
- Support future integration mandates across internal systems.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Domain Experience (Good to have): Strong understanding of Crew Management systems / Airline domain. Exposure to airline crew scheduling, tracking, legality, or operational workflows. Ability to understand operational data models in crew systems.
- Technical Stack (Must Have Hands-On Experience):
- Programming & Cloud: Python (v3.9+), AWS Serverless Architecture (Lambda, SQS, SNS, EventBridge Scheduler, S3).
- Databases: Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon DynamoDB.
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform (strongly required), Terragrunt (preferred).
- Integration Experience: Building new integrations from scratch, REST API development and integration, Event-driven system design, Data transformation and orchestration, Enterprise system to Data Lake integrations.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $60 – $80 per year (Estimated)
