Job Title: Scrum Master
Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team onsite in Charlotte, NC, supporting a strategic engagement. The ideal candidate will be a servant leader with strong Agile expertise, capable of guiding teams to deliver high-quality products efficiently while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices.
- Remove impediments and ensure smooth progress of the development team.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown charts, etc.).
- Coach team members on Agile methodologies and best practices.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment on deliverables and timelines.
- Support multiple teams if required in a scaled Agile environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent Agile certification.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients like Infosys.
- Familiarity with scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, etc.).
- Experience in domains like banking, financial services, or insurance is a plus.
- Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD practices.
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
