Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Order Management professional to provide L2 support. This role is based in Philadelphia, PA, and requires a strong understanding of Oracle retail modules and application support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2 support for Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and Advanced Pricing.
• Support Oracle retail modules including RMS, RESA, RHIM, GL, and Merchandising.
• Monitor batch jobs and integrations, ensuring timely resolution of failures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application support issues.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Order Management and Advanced Pricing.
• Experience with L2 Support in Oracle retail modules (RMS, RESA, RHIM, GL, Merchandising).
• Strong experience in SQL, PLSQL, Databricks, and OIC.
• Experience supporting Application Support functions.
• Ability to monitor batch jobs, integrations, and data flows.
