Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Veeva CRM & PromoMats Consultant (SME) with strong expertise in Life Sciences commercial systems to support content management, CRM processes, and regulatory compliance initiatives.
The ideal candidate will work closely with pharma/biotech clients, driving Veeva platform implementation, optimization, and digital transformation across commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implementation & Configuration: Support implementation and configuration of Veeva CRM and Veeva Vault PromoMats. Gather and document business requirements aligned with commercial and compliance needs. Manage system setup, testing, validation, and integrations with downstream systems.
- Client Advisory & Enablement: Act as a trusted advisor for clients on Veeva ecosystem best practices. Develop SOPs, user guides, and training materials. Conduct user training sessions, onboarding, and workshops.
- Compliance & Data Governance: Ensure compliance with pharma regulations (FDA, EMA, etc.). Maintain audit trails, data integrity, and governance frameworks. Support content approval workflows and promotional compliance.
- Continuous Improvement & Transformation: Stay updated on Veeva releases and Life Sciences industry trends. Recommend enhancements for CRM processes and content lifecycle management. Collaborate with Commercial Ops, IT, and Data teams to optimize workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5-6+ years of hands-on experience with: Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault PromoMats.
- Strong domain expertise in: Life Sciences / Pharma commercial operations.
- Knowledge of: Promotional content lifecycle & compliance workflows, Regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA).
- Experience with: System integrations, APIs, middleware tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Veeva Certifications (Vault / CRM).
- Experience with: Approved Email, Event Management, Samples Management, Consent Management, Surveys, Reports & Dashboards, Veeva Align, Veeva Engage.
- Exposure to: Digital transformation programs, Agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of analytics and reporting for commercial effectiveness.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 per year
