Job Description: SAP Project Manager (PMP Certification Must)

We are looking for an experienced SAP Project Manager to lead and manage end-to-end SAP project delivery. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven track record in managing complex SAP implementations, upgrades, or integrations. The ideal candidate will be adept at coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies, while ensuring adherence to SAP Activate SDLC governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end SAP project delivery, ensuring successful execution aligned with business goals, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve project objectives.
  • Own and manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ensure adherence to SAP Activate SDLC governance standards.
  • Provide clear stakeholder communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Lead and deliver enterprise SAP initiatives, ensuring successful execution.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP implementations, upgrades, or integrations.
  • Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • PMP Certification is a must.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services or insurance industries.
  • Agile or SAP certifications (in addition to PMP).
