Job Title: Lead React Developer (Healthcare Domain)
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead React Developer to join our team. This role is crucial in designing and developing modern web applications, with a specific focus on building interactive UI components that enable users to interact with GenAI prototypes. You will collaborate closely with AI/ML engineers, backend developers, and product teams to translate cutting-edge GenAI capabilities into user-friendly and intuitive experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop modern web applications using React.
- Build interactive UI components that enable users to interact with GenAI prototypes.
- Collaborate with AI/ML engineers, backend developers, and product teams to translate GenAI capabilities into user-friendly experiences.
- Rapidly develop proof-of-concept (POC) applications and prototypes.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code following best practices.
- Participate actively in code reviews to maintain high development standards and ensure code quality.
- Troubleshoot and debug application issues across front-end and API layers.
- Contribute to improving UI performance, usability, and scalability of applications.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- Extensive experience with React and its ecosystem.
- Experience in the Healthcare Domain is mandatory.
- Familiarity with GenAI concepts and their application in UI development is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Information:
This is a remote position offering a competitive rate of $50-52/hr on a C2C basis. We are looking for candidates with a strong background in the healthcare domain and expertise in React, Node, and TypeScript. The role involves working with advanced AI/ML technologies to create innovative user interfaces.
