UI/UX Designer Opportunity
We are looking for a highly tactical and hands-on UI/UX Designer with strong judgment and execution skills for a contract position in Charlotte, NC. This is a Day-1 Onsite role.

Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced proficiency in Figma.
- Experience designing complex digital products, platforms, or internal systems.
- Comfort working in environments where problems are not fully defined and require sound judgment.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Hands-on experience using tools like Figma Make, Lovable, or similar.
- Comfortable using AI to explore and iterate on ideas quickly.
- Experience with prototyping and testing concepts.
- Ability to support design storytelling and stakeholder conversations.
Detailed Job Description:
We are looking for a designer with strong execution muscles and strong judgment. You should be highly tactical and hands-on, while staying grounded in design theory and systems thinking. Naturally bridge tactics and strategy, understanding how detailed design decisions shape long-term platform outcomes. Operate with high autonomy, ownership, and accountability. Demonstrate clear critical thinking and articulate design rationale (bonus if you do this effectively with non-designers).

- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer.
- Strong portfolio showcasing complex digital product design.
- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in an onsite environment.

Salary: $55 – $85 per year (Estimated)
