Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Solution Architect with 10 to 15 years of experience to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide solutions within the Workday platform. This role is responsible for defining end-to-end architecture, aligning business requirements with scalable system solutions, and ensuring seamless integration across HR, Finance, and other enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across multiple Workday modules and will act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders while guiding implementation teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-wide solutions within the Workday platform.
  • Define end-to-end architecture, aligning business requirements with scalable system solutions.
  • Ensure seamless integration across HR, Finance, and other enterprise systems.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders.
  • Guide implementation teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Translate complex business requirements into scalable Workday solutions.
  • Lead full lifecycle Workday implementations (Design, Build, Deploy, Support).
  • Define integration strategies across enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, payroll vendors).
  • Establish governance frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (functional & technical consultants).
  • Drive solution optimization, performance tuning, and continuous improvement.
  • Utilize strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Work within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Strong experience in Workday HCM and/or Financials modules.
  • Proven expertise in end-to-end solution architecture design.
  • Experience with Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Core Connectors).
  • Hands-on knowledge of Workday security framework and business process configuration.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture, reporting, and analytics.
  • Experience with APIs, web services (SOAP/REST), and middleware tools.
  • Ability to design scalable, high-performance, and secure solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred/Good to Have Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of HR, Finance, Payroll, and Recruiting processes.
  • Workday HCM Certification (Preferred).
  • Workday Financials Certification (Preferred).
  • Workday Studio Certification (Preferred).
  • Workday Reporting Certification (Good to Have).
  • Workday Security Certification (Good to Have).
  • PMP / PRINCE2 Certification (Preferred).
  • AWS / Azure Cloud Certification (Good to Have).
  • TOGAF Certification (Optional).

Compensation & Location

Salary: $120,000 – $160,000 per year (Estimated)
