Key Responsibilities:
- Design end to end user experiences for MetLife web properties built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Translate business requirements into user flows, wireframes, high fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Ensure consistency with MetLife brand guidelines and the Global Design System (GDS).
- Design AEM components, templates, and page layouts that are reusable and scalable.
- Collaborate with AEM developers to ensure design to build accuracy (Figma AEM parity).
- Support Experience Fragments, Content Fragments, and modular design patterns.
- Provide UX guidance during AEM build, QA, and release cycles
Required Skills:
- Experience in UX / Digital Product Design.
- Strong hands-on experience designing for AEM based websites or platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma (or equivalent design tools).
- Solid understanding of responsive design, design systems, and component based UX.
- Strong knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1+).
- Experience collaborating with front end and AEM development teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
