Job Description: Salesforce Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team for a long-term contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading industry technical support platforms, with functional knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud. This role requires end-to-end stakeholder management, from requirement gathering to deployment.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and familiarity with Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management processes.
- Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle, including requirement elicitation, prioritization, development, and deployment.
- Requirement Gathering: Skilled in translating business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements for Salesforce solutions.
- Process Improvement: Ability to analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical teams, business users, and management.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant role.
