Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect with a deep background in Neo4j and expertise in Hybrid RAG with GraphRAG. This role is crucial for developing advanced AI solutions, particularly within a call center environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of semantic search, LangGraph for agentic application development, and experience with agentic reasoning and signal-based activation. Additionally, experience in NLQ engine development and memory management (Redis/Cache, short, medium, and long-term memory) is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement Hybrid RAG solutions leveraging GraphRAG.
- Develop and deploy semantic search capabilities for call center applications.
- Utilize LangGraph for building agentic applications with reasoning and signal-based activation.
- Contribute to the development of NLQ engines.
- Implement and manage memory management systems using Redis/Cache for short, medium, and long-term memory.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver AI-driven features.
- Ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of AI solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, graph databases, and related technologies.
Required Experience and Skills
- Senior architect level experience.
- Deep background in Neo4j.
- Proficiency in Hybrid RAG with GraphRAG.
- Experience with semantic search in a call center environment.
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph for agentic application development.
- Understanding of agentic reasoning and signal-based activation.
- Experience in NLQ engine development.
- Expertise in Redis/Cache and memory management strategies (short, medium, long-term).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
