Job Summary
We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI & Technology Business Solutions Analyst to join our team in New York City. This role requires a professional who can effectively bridge the gap between business needs, technology capabilities, and data insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI, particularly with OpenAI, and a strong background in building AI copilots, assistants, and automation workflows. Experience in the Asset/Investment Management domain is a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using AI and automation tools.
- Design, develop, and implement AI copilots, assistants, and automation workflows using Power Platform, Azure AI, and OpenAI.
- Build and deliver Minimum Viable Product (MVP) production solutions that drive business value.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Leverage expertise in AI, machine learning, and data analytics to solve complex business problems.
- Utilize tools such as Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI, SQL, Snowflake/Databricks, APIs, and financial data platforms like Bloomberg/FactSet.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in AI, Generative AI, and related technologies.
- Contribute to the strategic direction of AI adoption within the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in business solutions, automation, or data tools.
- 4+ years of direct experience in Artificial Intelligence (AI) with a strong focus on OpenAI.
- Proven expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI services.
- Demonstrated experience in building and deploying AI copilots, assistants, and automation workflows.
- Experience in delivering MVP production solutions.
- Mandatory: Domain experience in Asset / Investment Management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake/Databricks, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with financial data platforms such as Bloomberg or FactSet is a plus.
- Must have a LinkedIn profile.
