Role: Salesforce Tech Architect
We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Principal Architect with extensive hands-on development experience and expertise in designing, developing, architecting, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions within the Salesforce CRM platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce capabilities and best practices, along with broader skills in related enterprise technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with technical managers, architects, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and drive the implementation of technical solutions.
- Design and develop high-level solutions for business requirements, including creating prototypes and demonstrating solution designs.
- Provide architectural guidance and hands-on development expertise in Apex programming, Oministudio, Lightning components, and Flows.
- Ensure the security, scalability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with various enterprise platforms, including Mulesoft, DocuSign CLM, and other cloud-based and on-premise applications using standard and custom REST APIs.
- Implement event-driven architecture patterns and cloud platform architecture best practices.
- Utilize source control and release management tools such as GitHub and Copado for efficient development workflows.
- Work effectively within Agile development methodologies, such as SCRUM.
- Mentor and guide development teams, ensuring adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Required Skills and Experience:
- 14+ years of strong Salesforce (SFDC) hands-on development experience.
- Expertise in designing, developing, architecting, and implementing secure and scalable critical business solutions in Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in Apex programming, Oministudio, Lightning components, and Flows.
- Experience with enterprise API integration across various platforms.
- Knowledge of event-driven architecture patterns and cloud platform architecture.
- Hands-on experience with REST API, MFA, and Salesforce Connectors.
- Strong experience with source control and release management tools (e.g., GitHub, Copado).
- Proven experience in integrating Salesforce with cloud-based and on-premise applications.
- Strong working knowledge of Agile development methodologies (SCRUM).
- Excellent planning, organization, time management, and communication skills (written and verbal).
Desirable Qualifications:
- Certifications in Salesforce PD1, PD2, Application and System Architecture, App Builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant.
- Exposure to Mulesoft, DocuSign CLM, and other enterprise integration platforms.

Compensation & Location
Salary: $150,000 – $200,000 per year (Estimated)
